The decision to open an equestrian wear shop was an easy one; it's what we know.
We understand the demands of the rider and outdoor pursuits enthusiast and as customers ourselves, we know what is currently missing from the market place.
We saw a gap in the market to provide customer service above and beyond the norm and wanted to make the customer feel special and be confident in discussing their needs with us, knowing they would get expert advice, a good selection and the time to just browse.
We also wanted to bring some new products to a market place stuck with the same brands appearing everywhere, so we spent a lot of time sourcing new lines from across Europe and America that can compete with the more well known brands on quality and style but that we can also offer at a much better price.
The feedback since we opened has been fantastic. Customers are liking the new brands (and prices) and also like the fact that we are a little bit different.
